Hey all,
I am exploring the option of putting my home up on a per-room rental basis. It is a 2157 sqft, 5/3 with a pool, attached garage, and driveway. 4 of the rooms are 10 X 13 and the master is 14 X 13 with a walk in closet and bathroom. The house is also only 6 miles from UCF as well. If anyone is interested in more information, please drop me a line. Thanks all!
